Project Summary
Glenstar’s property, the “Green Monster” is a Co-Ni-Cu-U mineral property that is centered on a high grade, poly metallic mineralized property located 40 miles southwest of Las Vegas, Nevada.
A magnetic survey conducted by Glenstar has the reveled the presence of a discrete magnetic high in a position to potentially represent poly sulfide mineralization down the dip within the Green Monster fault at depth beneath the historic workings.
No drilling has ever been done on the property. In fact, there is no field or archival evidence of any modern exploration on the claims. The identification of robust nickel-copper with highly anomalous cobalt from sampling work completed by Glenstar on the property is a grassroots exploration recognition of the presence of the important energy metals, nickel and cobalt.
The property lode claims are attached to patented mining claims covering the underground, historic workings of the Green Monster Mine. Patented Claims were historically only given to properties that had significant production. The Green Monster Mine produced > 2 million pounds of zinc along with lesser quantities of copper, silver, lead, and uranium. These productive workings date to the late 1800’s to the early 1900’s. Uranium production occurred in the 1940’s. No modern geological exploration or drilling has been carried out on the property.
A chip sample across the wall of historic workings on the property returned 1.18 meters of 3.77% Copper, 3.06% Nickel, 0.21% Cobalt and 6.83% Zinc. Uranium is also present with values to 400 to 500 ppm along with some rare earth elements.
These values represent in-place, vein style mineralization of the sheared contact between a dolomite footwall and a black limestone hanging wall. The limestone hanging wall is strongly fractured with healed multi-directional fracture arrays.

- Strategic Location: Situated approximately 40 miles southwest of Las Vegas, the Green Monster Property is easily accessible via well-maintained roads. The area is supported by a strong infrastructure network, including industrial-grade and high-voltage power lines, and benefits from proximity to Pahrump, Nevada, for logistical and workforce needs.
- Rich Geology: Comprising 35 unpatented lode mining claims over approximately 600 acres, the property contains promising zones of nickel, cobalt, and copper mineralization. Initial sampling results have shown high grades of these critical minerals, indicating significant exploration potential. Channel sampling has returned 3.77% copper, 3.06% nickel, 6.83% zinc, 0.21% cobalt along with anomalous uranium, lead and silver.
- Proven Historical Value: Historic workings, including shafts and raises, confirm past mining activity on the property. This, combined with Glenstar’s modern geophysical surveys and soil sampling, highlights the potential for new discoveries in underexplored areas.
- Exploration Program: Our exploration program includes state-of-the-art airborne magnetic surveys, resistivity studies, and planned drilling campaigns to evaluate deeper subsurface targets. A discrete magnetic high detected near the Desert Valley prospect suggests the presence of nickel sulfide mineralization at depth.
Future Exploration
Glenstar is currently planning on future exploration in Q1 2025 with a goal of expanding on previous exploration results, undergoing a drilling campaign with a target 5 new drill holes, for a total of 500 meters.
