Mr. Clarkin served as a director of Insuraguest Technologies Inc. (formerly Manado Gold Corp., a mineral exploration company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange), from July 2013 to February 2020. Mr. Clarkin was the owner and operator of Archibald Moving and Storage from February 1990 to August of 2006 (sold to Shred-it Canada in 2006).
